Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a ** Head Of Deployment Engineering ** to join their pro ject in ** Germany.**

- Lead the technical definition of the civil works normative, process and procedure, tools to be used globally in the fiber deployment projects.- Lead transversal projects for improvement, efficiency, quality or capacity (onboarding), amongst others- Implement central support areas to the Regional Deployment organization, eg. works certification, permits management support, H&S, training.- Central relation with partner ecosystem devoted to deployment in the area. Responsibility in general actions with partners, eg related to contract actions- Work as a team with the Regional Deployment organization providing support and sharing objectives.- Efficient and quality execution of deployment process of fiber network- Identification of general risks in the deployment and coordinate solutions with the rest of the teams
- Preparation of forecasts, planning and decision templates in terms of deployment

**Requirements**:
- Degree with a focus on business/network engineering/electrical systems. Alternatively, a successfully completed technical vocational training combined with professional experience in these areas- Proven 3-7 years of professional experience in project management (e.g. management consulting, project lead in fiber optics market)- Experience in deployment projects. Proven technical and deployment knowledge in the field of fiber optic communications technology and fiber optic expansion (construction, law and standardization, fiber optic networks).- It will be positively valued the experience in leading fiber expansion projects with similar technical skills and capabilities and knowledge in all or part of the activities which are under the responsibility of the position- It will be positively valued experience in project management with several stakeholders internal, distributed teams, externals and specially with Authorities and/or Regulation.- Agile mindset as well as great motivation and positive thinking to take on a technical leadership role and drive topics forward together with the teams
