Our 4-person Talent Acquisition Team in Aachen is looking for a Senior Recruiter as soon as possible. Our team is responsible for managing the entire recruiting process as well as employer branding & engagement in Europe and Asia Pacific. The Senior Recruiter will support our Hiring Managers from different departments in Europe in an advisory capacity. **Responsibilities** - Managing the entire recruiting process - You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and the functional departments to define the right recruiting strategy and manage the entire process up to the signing of the contract. - You identify the right talents who personally and culturally fit ABIOMED and our "Patients-First" culture and conduct goal-oriented interviews, selection rounds and assessments. - Control and evaluation of external partners (recruiting agencies / headhunters) - Supporting various other recruiting initiatives, e.g. conducting interview trainings, supporting career fairs & branding activities, as well as further developing our HR IT systems - Together with your colleagues from the Talent Acquisition team, you will optimise our recruiting processes based on key performance indicators and further develop our recruitment strategies **Your profile** - Successfully completed university degree or completed professional training - Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an international industrial company - Confident in the use of common recruiting tools and enjoy using target-oriented search techniques - You have an affinity for working with HR IT systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday etc. or various applicant management systems - Excellent communication skills in German and English ABIOMED is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
