Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich für unsere Standorte in Braunschweig und Berlin.**DAS IST DER JOB**:

- Leitung des Project Management Office der NEW YORKER IT
- Ansprechpartner in übergreifenden Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement-Themen für die IT und Fachbereiche
- Koordination des Teams und Motivation zur Ergebnisorientierung
- Vermittlung von Methodenwissen und Coaching von Projektteams
- Implementierung, Professionalisierung und Qualitätssicherung von übergreifenden Projektmanagementprozessen und -standards
- Verantwortung für die Koordination und Optimierung des Anforderungsmanagements
- Gesamtübersicht des Projektportfolios der IT
- Reporting an Steuerungsgremien und aktives Mitwirken bei Entscheidungen
- Für den Standort Berlin: Reisetätigkeit in die Firmenzentrale nach Braunschweig

**DAS ÜBERZEUGT UNS**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ein vergleichbares Studium - gern auch talentierte Quereinsteiger
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position - gern auch in anderen Branchen
- Affinität zu IT-bezogenen Themen und Projekten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gutes analytisches, konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
