Team Lead Project Management - Premium Clients (M/F/d)
**About the role**:
As Team Lead Project Management - Premium Clients, you will lead and coordinate your team in order to deliver the ideal rollout of our service to our premium clients. You will be a solution designer for rollout strategies and act as a consultant for our clients as well as internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead and develop a growing team of project managers that handle the operations of the rollout of Everphone's services to various clients
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines, as well as monitor team performance
- Coordinate your team on upcoming projects and take responsibility for their deliverables
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Work closely with the SVP of Sales in order to design rollout plans for our potential premium clients and give them an understanding of our service and projects
- Collaborate with your team in order to execute rollout projects for clients, including the design of implementation strategies as well as the engagement of all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Work on your own Projects to stay up to date and show-case how big projects are done (overall leadership tasks: 65%; project tasks: 35%)
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Sales team regarding the development of scalable and automated processes
- Collaborate with the Product team to further develop our service based on your knowledge of the customers’ needs
- Discover weak points in internal and external processes and find optimizing solutions to them
**What you’ll need**:
- An university degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in the consulting industry, in project management, client management, account management or in sales (ideal with first leadership experiences)
- Experience in the disciplinary management of a team and/or as a project lead
- Drive our business performance and improve experience for key clients
- The skill to build-up and further develop strong relationships with your customers at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a complex environment as well as strong service and customer orientation
- Advanced MS Office or Google Workspace skills
- Fluency in German and English, any other language is a plus
