Your role

Fertility rates in both men and women are significantly decreasing across developed countries. Today, approx. 1 out of 6 couples face infertility issues. Not only are we deciding to become parents later and later, it's also lifestyle and environmental factors negatively impacting our reproductive abilities. Yet, success rates of assisted reproductive techniques (e.g. IVF) have stayed frustratingly low over the past 20 years while accessibility is low.
Addressing this issue, we are building a venture that introduces AI-based medical decision support tools alongside a holistic health approach to the fertility treatment process. Ultimately, we establish a standard in quality of care and enable the creation of a new generation of fertility care. It is our vision to enable more couples to become parents.

We are now looking for a driven VP of Clinic Development that is taking charge of the development of brick-and-mortar fertility clinics across Europe. You will build and lead the operational structure of the venture alongside the CEO, CMO, and COO. Specifically, you are fully responsible for the timely set-up and extraordinary performance of the venture's clinics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set-up clinical operations of a new generation of reproductive care clinics throughout Europe
- Originate, develop, and implement administrative protocols that deliver operational excellence
- Create and implement our optimized patient journey and clinic workflow
- Create and integrate our complementary technological ecosystem
- Hire, lead, and mentor clinical and operational teams and cooperate closely with Expansion, IT, Marketing, and Clinical
- Set-up and manage budgetary structures
- Constantly innovate and develop measures for care delivery performance with operational, financial, and medical KPIs
- Build, manage, and grow key clinical and commercial partnerships
- Raise new business ideas in close collaboration with the Berlin-based headquarters, analyze opportunities and think outside of the box

**Profile**:
We are looking for extraordinarily driven, capable, and visionary talent with an outstanding track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.
- You have a master's degree in:

- Healthcare economics / administration, business administration, operational engineering or any other related discipline
- Or a clinical qualification (equivalent to HCLD (USA), HCPC (UK), ESHRE Certified (European), MRCOG/FRCOG (UK), state-registered nurse)
- Several years of operational experience in clinic management, preferably in a reproductive care clinic
- Previous experience introducing new digital technologies into clinical practice
- Previous experience ensuring regulatory requirements, operational and financial targets are met
- You have an understanding of the reproductive care healthcare industry and have established relationships with key players
- You have a deep understanding of clinic procedures, office billing, and insurance reimbursement schemes in the EU
- You are equipped with strong analytical and communication skills
- You are self-motivated, driven, and have strong leadership skills as well as the ability to think outside of the box
- Multilingual skills appreciated
