D'Addario Europe, is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Marketing Administration Assistant (CSR) for its sales & marketing office based in Frankfurt, Germany. D'Addario Europe was created in 2017 to manage the sales and marketing of its brands across Europe and, in selected territories, to provide dealer sales, marketing and distribution services.

Based in the Germany office, the CSR will be responsible for sales support activities and all aspects of customer service work relating directly to the sales team and to the wider company. Also, will support the Marketing Team in organising events and handling all administrative tasks. The speed, accuracy and timeliness of all CSR activities is paramount in order to maintain a superior level of customer service and team support. The CSR is also required, in general, to contribute to the wider aims of the company.

The Germany office covers the countries and regions of Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Northern Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and the German speaking area of Switzerland as of now. As such we are particularly interested to hear from speakers of more than one of the relevant languages, plus English.

The Frankfurt D’Addario branch consists of a very driven team with very solution orientated approaches in handling the daily tasks and challenges.
