Quality Technician

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- ** You perform precise quality checks and measurements** on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- ** You manage non-conformances**: You identify, document, and escalate deviations, ensuring that root cause analysis is initiated and corrective actions are consistently implemented.
- ** You create traceable documentation and ensure compliance** so we are ready for audits at all times.
- ** You collaborate with other teams** to solve quality problems and support continuous improvement activities.
- ** You are responsible for our measuring and testing equipment,** both in terms of procurement and monitoring and calibration.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- ** Training & studies** - You have a completed education or experience in the field of quality, ideally in a technical or manufacturing-related profession.
- ** Professional experience**: You already have knowledge of how to use measurement tools and techniques.
- ** Analytical Thinking**:You have problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- ** Working Style & Mindset**:You work independently, think in solutions, and enjoy deriving insights from quality data.
- ** Language skills** - Very good written and spoken English and German skills
