What you should know about the Job
You face challenges like
  • performing defined quality inspections up to product delivery
  • measuring and evaluating engine, valve, and ALM components using 3D measuring machines
  • confidently handling various inspection and measuring tools, e.g., roughness and contour measuring devices
  • marking deviations on products, equipment, and measuring tools
  • identifying deviations and certifying product conformity according to design documentation
  • creating quality notifications
  • conducting measurements using optical 2D and 3D inspection methods
  • closely collaborating with other departments such as manufacturing and design
You inspire us by
  • a completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, ideally complemented by a master craftsman or technician qualification
  • several years of experience in metrology, quality management, and quality assurance, as well as knowledge in turning and milling
  • advanced user skills in SAP/R3
  • a strong understanding of complex drawings with demanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • confident handling of various inspection and measuring tools, including optical and tactile 3D measuring devices and other systems relevant for quality inspection
  • your business-fluent language skills in German and English
