**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie betreuen einen internationalen, konzerninternen Kundenstamm (Focus hierbei: Key-Kunden)
- Ermittlung der mittelfristigen Bedarfsprognosen zur Beschaffung elektronischer Bauteile und zur Fertigungskapazitätsplanung
- Kundenauftragsplanung und Terminverfolgung / Kundenkommunikation (elektronisch, telefonisch, persönlich)
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu logistischen und technischen Fragen
- Anwendungsunterstützung zu internen web-basierten Bestell
- und Informationstools
- Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Ableitung von Aktionsvorschlägen
- Zudem übernehmen Sie die administrative Bearbeitung von Versandvorgängen (EU/NON-EU) inklusive Zollbearbeitung
- Des Weiteren analysieren Sie Prozessabläufe, erarbeiten und setzen Optimierungsvorschläge um
- Außerdem arbeiten Sie in interdisziplinären Produktentwicklungsteams mit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie besitzen einen erfolgreich, abgeschlossenen Bachelor of Science (als Wirtschaftsingenieur oder ähnliches).
- Technisches Grundverständnis bringen Sie mit.
- EDV-Kenntnisse: MS-Office - Datenbanken - ERP System.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Kenntnisse einer weiteren Sprache wünschenswert (Französisch, Spanisch).
