About the role

The Procurement Specialist will be part of a focused, high calibre Global Procurement team and will have the responsibility for local facility & fab support activities in Direct Materials Procurement

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is required, preferred in Semiconductor or Automotive environment.

Good understanding of working in a multi-site environment is preferred,

This is your new job:

- Direct Material Purchasing / Market intelligence / Sourcing Strategies at Commodity level
- Negotiation of Supply Contracts GPA's/ LTAs & Supply chain agreements,
- Benchmarking / RFQs / Cost Reduction activity.
- Project Management / Supplier Qualification planning
- Supplier Management
- Supplier Performance Management incl. SRS Rating and related Supplier Review Meetings

This is you:

- Master’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a procurement role
- Negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Quality System IATF 16949 or VDA standards
- Team builder / player, hands on worker
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one time
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level
