Join our Sales & Global Markets team as a Management Associate, where you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and helping shape new strategic directions. **Your responsibilities**:

- Support executive management in both strategic and operational tasks, gaining valuable insight into high-level decision-making
- Contribute to business process optimization and assist in the development of new business processes and revenue-generating areas
- Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in cross-functional projects, collaborating across departments
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and create strategic recommendations and decision templates for leadership
- Prepare and develop presentations, meeting protocols, and documentation to support internal communication and project tracking

**What you should bring**:

- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
- Professional Experience: Internships in process-oriented or financial environments are preferred
- Project Management Skills: Experience in project management is an advantage
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the MS Office Suite and proficient in presentation techniques
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities with a structured, entrepreneurial approach to tasks
- Communication: Confident in English (C1), with the ability to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
