Investment Associate sought to join a fast growth Transport Decarbonisation platform who’re in the

process of developing Europe’s largest Bioenergy Infrastructure portfolio. Having raised significant

capital in the past 12 months, there is now a committed business case to grow the company

exponentially in the coming years.

Joining as an Investment Associate, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer of the

platform whilst simultaneously supporting the key investor with investment analysis and transaction

support.

Investment Associate key responsibilities;
- Hold the integrated financial model for the company.
- Assist with financial analysis of new opportunities.
- Assist with preparation of reporting materials for management and board meetings.
- Support on M&A processes
- Support offtake analysis and structuring.
- Support Ad-Hoc finance / investment / strategy work.

The ideal Investment Associate will have a strong background in financial modelling, ideally within a

Power, Energy or Infrastructure setting. They will be comfortable creating, from scratch, a complex

portfolio model. Additional experience in investment analysis, supporting due diligence, offtake

structuring or related will be welcome.

Investment Associate key requirements;
- The ability to create and maintain complex financial models.
- An understanding of financial analysis.
- An analytical approach to analysis and reporting.
- A financial or investment qualification is welcome but not necessary. (CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA good

examples).
- Exposure to Energy, Power, Infrastructure or related Real Asset segments preferred.
- Fluent command of the English Language and preferably German also. Additional languages nice to

have.

Joining as the Investment Associate, you will have the opportunity to support a fast growing business

expand into new geographies, review and lead on new investment opportunities, integrate acquired

businesses and more. You’ll gain exposure to the full life-cycle of bioenergy project development

from early stage investment through production and into operations and service provision.
