**Als Regional Director Finance & Business Support (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.**
- Leitung und Überwachung der Finanz
- und Business-Support-Aktivitäten in der zugewiesenen Region zur Steigerung der Rentabilität
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Finanzstrategien zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets, Forecasts und Finanzplänen
- Durchführung von Finanzanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
- Vorbereitung des Jahresbudgets und Umsetzung der strategischen Planungen
- Sicherstellung der Aktualität und Genauigkeit von Finanzinformationen, die für die Entscheidungsfindungen relevant sind
- Unterstützung der regionalen Geschäftsführung in finanziellen und operativen Belangen
- Vergrößerung des Geschäftsbereichs durch Beratung zu Markttrends, Bereitstellung relevanter Prognosen und Budgets
- Teilnahme an der Aushandlung von Verträgen mit dem Team der Legal-Abteilung
- Entwicklung und Überwachung von KPIs zur Messung der finanziellen Performance
- Schulung und Entwicklung des regionalen Finanzteams

**Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder einer verwandten Branche
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit zur Bewältigung eines Betriebs mit mehreren Standorten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Finanzanalyse
- Starke Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Regional Director Finance & Business Support (m/w/d).
