The Regional Director of Finance will assume responsibility for creating strong internal control systems, finance strategy, all day-to-day operational finance activities and processes as well as driving insightful analysis of business performance to help shape the current and future strategy while building a high performing Finance team.

**This is what you're going to do**
- Lead a team of Finance professionals in Germany;
- Team Management, Training and Development;
- Oversee the bookkeeping function of the Region and actively assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closings;
- Hands-on in managing key stakeholder relationships (internally & externally);
- Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all finance systems;
- Financial Reporting and Analysis;
- Budgeting/Forecasting;
- Cash Management.

You will be part of a great team in an international organisation undergoing a wider transformation. Our project management is deadline/delivery focused and working in a way that is positive but assertive.

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have finance / business degree and post qualified experience of 5 years+, out of which 2-3 years come with managerial experience. You have a strong business acumen/commercial thought in an problem solving way. You are enthusiastic, motivated with strong attention to detail and able to learn new processes and tasks quickly.

In combination with
- Knowledge of hospitality industry (preferred);
- You have an excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken);
- Excellent system and modelling skills ideally customary to the hotel & restaurant industry
