**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**

For the leadership of our DACH-wide Finance team, we are looking for a:
**As the Finance Director, you will**:

- ** Lead** the Finance/Controlling team for Exclusive Networks in DACH and affiliated regional companies.
- ** Oversee** the timely preparation of financial statements, forecasts, reporting, and budget planning.
- ** Drive** the enhancement of finance platforms, reporting, and accounting processes.
- ** Manage** financial partnerships, including tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- ** Ensure** compliance with legal and company standards, as well as risk and liquidity management.
- ** Optimize** cost structures through effective controlling, service provider negotiations, and resource planning.
- ** Support** cross-functional digitalization and automation projects in finance.
- ** Use** data-driven insights to identify strategic actions and drive business decisions.

**QUALIFICATIONS** AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**

**The ideal Finance Director**:

- ** Degree in Business Administration**, specializing in Finance or Controlling, or an equivalent qualification.
- ** Extensive finance experience** in an international corporation, ideally in wholesale.
- ** Strong leadership skills**, with the ability to motivate and manage a mid-sized team.
- ** Analytical and problem-solving mindset**, identifying opportunities to enhance business value.
- ** Proficiency in ERP systems** and MS Office.
- ** Fluency in German and English.**
