We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to join our DACH Sales team in Berlin.

This isn’t just about managing numbers — it’s about inspiring people. You’ll lead a team of talented Inbound Sales Representatives, helping them perform at their best through coaching, motivation, and genuine connection. Together, you’ll shape how we engage with small business owners across the DACH region.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to reach (and exceed) individual and collective targets.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment where feedback, learning, and growth come naturally.
- Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and call shadowing to sharpen your team’s sales skills.
- Celebrate wins, address challenges constructively, and maintain a positive team spirit.
- Work closely with other leaders to optimise processes and contribute to broader sales strategies.

You’ll be a great fit if you
- Are fluent in German (C1 or above) and English (business level).
- Have a proven track record in sales — ideally in inbound or outbound sales — and bring leadership experience (at least 2 years managing a sales team).
- Love helping others grow — you’re a coach at heart, not just a manager.
- Combine empathy and structure: you listen, support, and drive accountability in equal measure.
- Are tech-savvy, curious, and excited by the pace of a fast-moving fintech environment.
- Are motivated by purpose and impact — helping small businesses succeed excites you.
