**For this journey, we're searching for a Head of Fintech Operations (m/w/d) to scale and improve our banking offering.**

**What you'll be doing**:
Function as the sparring partner to our Co-Founders on both strategic and operational topics, in order to scale, professionalize and expand our existing fintech offering.
- Leading business development and account management with our banking-, issuing
- and wealth-partners
- Ensuring smooth and customer-driven operations of our financial services by working closely with our Customer Support Team
- Collaborating with our Compliance and Risk Team to ensure compliant and scalable operations
- Building, launching, and scaling new fintech services to our customers - in close collaboration with our Product Team
- Working closely with our leadership team to identify potential areas of growth across the entire company

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and vc-funded fintech company
- Passion for our product and mission
- A strong track record of planning and executing projects - preferably including Fintech
- A numbers-driven approach, including a deep understanding of relevant KPIs
- Strong knowledge of fintech, BaaS, PSD2, Payment Processing, Card Issuing and E-Money
- A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Fluency in German and English - Skills in French are a big advantage
- Residence in Berlin
