**Your role**
Are you passionate about transforming intricate business needs into user-friendly digital solutions? In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the Contract & Change Notification System (CCNS) for our Life Science quality organization, collaborating with colleagues across Europe, the US, and beyond. The CCNS is vital in safeguarding our global manufacturing sites and managing thousands of customer contracts, ensuring legally-binding quality commitments and automated change notifications. You will take ownership of the business enhancement backlog, translating stakeholder ideas into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Serving as the primary liaison between various teams, you will coordinate user acceptance testing and maintain process documentation. Your role also involves managing ServiceNow tickets, providing user support, and designing training programs for a global audience. You will monitor key performance indicators and compliance requirements, driving the multi-year roadmap and preparing business cases for budget planning. **Who you are**
- You hold a Master’s (or comparable) degree in Life Science, Engineering, IT, or a related Business field.
- You have over 3 years of experience as a process owner, digital product lead, or quality-systems specialist in a regulated environment, such as pharma or biotech.
- You possess solid knowledge of GMP/GxP principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
- You have a proven track record in project management, requirements engineering, and effective stakeholder communication across cultures and time zones.
- You are business-fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
- You can coordinate testing and training activities, create clear documentation, and present to senior management.
- You have further education in Project Management (PMP, Agile-Scrum), Change Management (PROSCI), or Lean Six Sigma.
- You are experienced with K2 workflow platforms or other low-code solutions, and you understand advanced data analytics ecosystems like Palantir Foundry.
