**Your role**:
If you would like to work in a truly global environment and be part of a diverse team as well as providing a dedicated service to our global strategic customers, then this will be the right role for you.
As Quality Services Customer Relations Manager (all genders) you are the global quality partner for 1-3 strategic accounts and responsible for providing an elevated and differentiated quality experience for our strategic customers. You develop and ensure a sustainable relationship with your strategic customers and perform regular performance reviews with them.
You will be the voice of Life Science’s quality programs to our strategic customer and responsible for educating the customer on our quality programs, for tracking our global quality performance from the customer's perspective and for acting as the escalation point for quality issues important to the customer.
Together with our Commercial and Business partner you monitor, report, and improve quality performance from a customer’s perspective.
Home-office is possible.
**Who you are**:
- Master's degree in one of the chemical or biological sciences preferred; or Bachelors' degree/industry experience in a relevant scientific-based or quality control/assurance area
- Minimum 4-9 years’ experience in the Life Science, Pharma or Quality industry
- Industry GMP experience (Pharma, BioPharma, Device, or Diagnostic) is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English, German a plus
- Good understanding of Customer/ Commercial needs
- Demonstrated expertise in project management a plus
- Willing to travel internationally up to 5%
