**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
ZMS Insights is an integral part of the ZMS offering, enabling brand partners to gain a holistic understanding of their consumers at Zalando. Our offering covers the full range of insights services, such as consulting, data analytics and market research.
As a Team Lead Insights Market Research you will manage the Market Research team within ZMS Insights, and use your broad toolkit of research methodologies to innovate and scale solutions, while collaborating closely with the Analytics and Consulting teams to deliver immense value to our brand partners with actionable insights.

- Ensure brand partners' questions are answered with actionable insights and recommendations by either using/developing capabilities within the team, or collaborating with external agencies
- Grow and manage ZMS's proprietary customer panel, to support internal as well as external stakeholders with agile customer insights
- Lead and develop a team of 3+ highly motivated, international and collaborative market researchers, supporting them in their career growth
- Optimise and prioritise the team project pipeline in order to ensure delivery upon deadlines and business requirements
- Foster innovation within your team by creating opportunities for new product development and key initiatives within the department.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You are a market research expert, with profound knowledge and proven experience across diverse quantitative and qualitative research techniques. You are experienced in setting up end-to-end survey projects (eg. using software such as Qualtrics), as well as working with fieldwork suppliers
- You have 6+ years of experience in market research roles (in agencies and/or client side in-house), including some experience in leading your own team
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills, and can set clear expectations while collaborating with different teams, and push back where necessary
- You have passion and experience in building and developing skilled and motivated teams that need to go through a constant progression
- You are experienced in handling multiple work streams simultaneously while consistently delivering excellence
