**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a Partner insights Manager you are responsible for analyses of the Partner behaviour regarding different aspects such as assortment strategy, sales KPIs, product and features adoption and Partner Satisfaction. Working together with Partners and our internal team you will develop a deep understanding of customer segments / audiences, partner segments, behaviour, needs and growth drivers and transfer that understanding into analyses and measures for a more targeted Partner dialogue. You will develop into the company-internal contact person for Partner analytics and customer segments and will liaise with the central analytics team to bridge the partner view to the aggregated x-business model business view. You will lead and develop Insights and Research Manager.

- Create a centre of insights for the GTM structure by developing insights strategy, defining research goals with various key stakeholders as well as facilitate knowledge sharing within the organisation
- Challenge and contribute to commercial decisions based on insights, e.g. identifying commercial triggers, defining relevant partner segmentation
- Work on strategic projects by scoping, extracting, analysing and interpreting transactional and onsite data to derive relevant insights together with other key stakeholders;
- Together with Research Manager conduct various Partner facing researches including e.g. Partner Perspective Survey
- You will communicate complex messages in a simple and facts based manner that leads to actions, has impact and builds trust with key stakeholder, e.g by creating presentations, white papers as well as various Partner facing materials together with Partner Education Team and Communication Team;
- Drive data mindset in the team, guide in terms of methodology and support the understanding of analyses;
- Change the game by identifying improvement opportunities and redefine the ways of working across the different areas of the commercial team.
- Lead and develop Research and Insights team
- Build a bridge and work in close collaboration with the Partner Tech data engineering, central partner economics and commercial development teams to gather relevant data inputs and drive deep dives

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:
- You are an expert in SQL and comfortable to work with large volumes of both transactional and onsite consumer data.
- You enjoy working in a commercial context and have experience defining research objectives, insights generation
- You possess relevant professional experience in analytics or controlling in industries such as e-business, retail, consultancy or market research are able to communicate precisely with results.
- You are experienced with statistical analysis supporting development of various research projects
- You already have experience in reporting tools like Tableau, Data Studio or similar tools. Experience with SalesForce data is a plus.
- You have experience people leadership and development
