**Role & Responsibilities**
As the Marketing Insights & Automatization Lead, you will be responsible for enabling a data-driven marketing strategy by using automation and analytics to drive effective user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive marketing strategies through in-depth analytics and data insights, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives. Conduct research and analyze external market trends to inform decision-making and evaluate success potential.
- Take charge of our digital channel strategy, focusing on platforms such as LinkedIn and our website.
- Identify and implement new marketing technologies and tools that enhance the measurement, tracking, and optimization of marketing performance. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows that encourage lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement. You will also use automation tools to streamline and optimize marketing processes.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to develop and optimize targeted marketing campaigns. This includes ensuring data consistency, monitoring and reporting on marketing and automation KPIs.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, market analysts, researchers, and automation specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance through effective guidance and leadership and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- You take ownership, holding yourself and the team accountable for results. You set clear expectations, measure performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is requirement and you come with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management and growth marketing, preferably within fintech or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience with user testing, wireframing, requirement management, data analysis, data management, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), Google Analytics, KPI/Metric Design, and lead generation, which underpins your decision-making process.
- Marketing automation and predictive analytics are within your realm of experience, and your proactive, strategic thinking and pragmatic execution are evident in your work.
- Showcasing your abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, you interact cross-functionally across various internal teams.
- Being open to change, you embrace new strategies, tools, and methodologies that keep us abreast in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
- Proven expertise in managing a team effectively is expected of you. You value building a strong team, attracting top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and empowering team members to their full potential.
- Excellent moderation and communication skills in English and one of the languages of our locations (Dutch, German or Swedish).
