The Role: Marketing Assistant (Working Student)

This is your chance to get real, hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing team. You’ll support our **Regional Marketing Manager for Germany**, working on exciting projects that bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

This role sits within our **Customer & Digital function**, which means you’ll not only be helping us promote what we do — you’ll also be part of shaping how people experience our brand, products, and values.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media content tailored for our German-speaking audiences
- Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy
- Supporting the translation and localisation of marketing materials
- Helping with event communications and promo activities
- Owning at least one personal project — from market research to SEO initiatives

**Qualifications**
**What We’re Looking For**
- Currently enrolled at university — ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
- Fluent in German and English, written and verbal to a high standard
- Creative and confident in crafting content that connects
- Some experience with marketing, social media, or content creation is a bonus — but not essential
- Curious, proactive, and happy to work independently when needed
- Familiar with MS Office; any Canva or Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
