**About the role**:

Join us as **Head of Strategy Execution & Performance Management** and play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing transformation projects and ensuring operational excellence across the DACH region.
Reporting directly to the DACH Country Manager, this role is responsible for project management, performance tracking, and strategic transformation efforts.
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead and manage complex projects and strategic transformation initiatives across the DACH region, establishing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Drive project excellence by ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and optimise sales and marketing strategies and provide insights into market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviours.
- Provide strategic support to the DACH Country Manager through detailed reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Identify trends and insights at the product level to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service, to align strategies and drive efficiency.
- Engage with external partners, including specialist firms, consultants, and associations, to enhance strategic initiatives.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Demonstrable experience in project management, transformation, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, recognise trends, and drive strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Expertise in process optimisation and value chain management.
- Solid understanding of business management principles, including pricing and budget planning.
- Working knowledge of he Salesforce CRM system is a must
**Languages & Travel Requirements**
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the DACH region.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial accountability for regional marketing activities
