As part of our focus on ‘Automated Fiber Placement’, we are looking for an intern to support our team in the research and development of manufacturing processes for fibre composite structures.

**What you will do**
- Participation in the process-orientated design and production of highly stressed structural components for innovative helicopter concepts
- Digitalisation of the production environment and implementation of material-efficient production techniques
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams for the further development of design methods for fibre composite structures

**What you bring to the table**
- Studying engineering, ideally specialising in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or materials science
- First practical experience in the field of production technology for FKV is an advantage
- Experience with CATIA and Python are advantageous

**What you can expect**

As part of a friendly, motivated team, you will be involved in the realisation of exciting research projects and take on responsible tasks with a high degree of creative freedom.
The number of hours is 40 h/week (other hours possible by arrangement). The organisation is flexible. Remuneration is based on the general works agreement on the employment of auxiliary staff.
