Wir bei ChargeX entwickeln innovative Ladeinfrastruktur für Elektroautos. Unsere Aqueduct Ladesysteme sind eine intelligente Kombination aus Hard
- und Software, die wir selbst entwickeln. Wir arbeiten gemeinsam an einer urbanen Infrastrukturlösung, die Fahrzeuge intelligent, kosteneffizient und auf Basis des täglichen Mobilitätsverhaltens auflädt.

Für das schnelle Wachstum unseres Startups suchen wir Werkstudent: innen, die sich intensiv mit unserer innovativen Ladetechnik auseinandersetzen und das Serviceteam dabei unterstützen unsere Kunden zufriedenzustellen.

Deine Challenge
- Du unterstützt die Überwachung und Fernwartung unserer Ladesysteme aus unserem Münchner Office raus
- Du analysierst Fehlermeldungen aus dem Feld, organisierst Servicetickets und kümmerst dich selbstständig und prioritätsgetrieben um eine kundenorientierte Lösung
- Du testest Rückläufer (Ladestationen aus dem Feld) an unserem Teststand und führst eigenverantwortlich die Fehleridentifizierung und -behebung durch
- Du prüfst Ersatz Ladestationen und bereitest diese für den Versand vor
- Zu kritischen und unbekannten Fehlerbildern stimmst du dich eng mit deinem Team ab und hilfst mit deinem Feedback, gemeinsam mit Produktion und Entwicklung unser Produkt zu optimieren

Deine Expertise
- Du sprichst Deutsch als Erstsprache oder mindestens auf C1 Niveau und nimmst auch mal per E-Mail oder telefonisch Kontakt zu unseren Kunden auf
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares
- Hohes technisches Interesse für Elektromobilität und Ladesysteme
- Du bastelst gerne und nimmst dabei auch den Lötkolben in die Hand (Lötkenntnisse nicht erforderlich, das bringen wir dir bei Bedarf bei)
- Du bist motiviert, aktiv in einem schnell wachsenden Startup mitzuwirken und besitzt eine Customer First Mentalität - wir bei ChargeX setzen die Wünsche unserer Kunden an oberste Stelle
