CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW. Senior CRM Marketing Manager (f/d/m) Full Time Mies-van-der-Rohe-Straße 6, 80807 München With Professional Experience 8/14/25 Make an Impact by : Taking on the disciplinary leadership of a 6-person Marketing team (+ working student/intern). (Re)structuring and developing new, efficient workflows and processes. Owning the annual marketing budget planning and managing budget responsibility. Providing strategic leadership across all marketing disciplines: Content, SEO, CRM, Online Marketing (including Media), Offline Marketing, Trade Shows, and Communications. Developing annual marketing plans to align with business goals. Creating and executing digital-first integrated marketing campaigns. Managing and guiding external agencies. Leading the setup and implementation of a new CRM tool, including evaluating and selecting the right platform. Acting as CRM project lead for PRM, CRM, and Emarsys. Designing and implementing automation processes to streamline CRM workflows. Customizing CRM features to match organizational needs and objectives. Overseeing data migration, integration, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy. Collaborating cross-functionally to capture business requirements and measure ROI from campaigns through data insights. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of +7 years’ experience in marketing, with leadership experience. Track record in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and campaign management. Demonstrated success in leading CRM implementation projects and working with various CRM platforms. Solid knowledge in HTML scripting and SQL; basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action. Hands-on mentality with a "get it done" attitude, paired with creativity and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
