These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way. Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW. You will be at the forefront of driving EV adoption by building strategic partnerships with leading OEMs, shaping local market strategies, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the rapidly growing EV market. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment, working with a passionate team and backed by major industry players. Make an impact by: Leverage AI-driven insights to optimize market strategies, predict customer behavior, and identify emerging growth opportunities in the EV ecosystem Drive growth of DCS service adoption and market share by identifying and capitalizing on key opportunities in the assigned European EV charging markets Forge strong, strategic partnerships with OEMs at both the local and HQ levels, becoming a trusted advisor and driving long-term collaboration Navigate the customer journey challenge - work with OEMs to unlock awareness and consideration phases while mapping and optimizing the full customer experience Tailor DCS's offerings and messaging to resonate with the specific needs and preferences of your assigned market(s), maximizing relevance and impact Gather market intelligence and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making for both DCS and OEM partners Leverage DCS's fleet solution to build relationships with dealers, fostering familiarity and trust that will drive the adoption of DCS's broader charging solutions Be the face of DCS in your assigned markets, representing the company with confidence and building strong relationships within the EV ecosystem Steer the adaptation of products in local markets including local specifics Your profile: Experience with AI/data analytics tools and comfort working with technology-driven insights to inform business decisions Proven track record of success in eMobility market development, business development, or related field, ideally within the automotive industry Strong understanding of the European EV charging market, including key players, trends, and challenges Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly OEMs Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute market-specific strategies Experience with customer journey mapping and growth management across complex ecosystems Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluency in English and German, other European languages are a plus Willingness to travel within Europe up to twice a month 5+ years of experience in key account management, growth management, consulting, sales & marketing, or business development We offer: A unique opportunity combining the energy of a start-up with the power of BMW, Mercedes Benz Mobility & bp Working on products & services with a high social impact An international team of talented people who love what they do and live a collaborative spirit An open minded culture with room for growth and the freedom to bring in own ideas Subsidized gym membership, subsidized office lunch benefit, a personal development budget for your professional growth, monthly mobility budget, offsite/ team events & much more modern, sunny offices in Berlin & Munich up to 2 days of home office in a week … and of course, the classics: delicious coffee & tea, fresh fruits and an office dog friendly environment At DCS we acknowledge the value of diversity, promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination.
