**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
As **Director Group Retail (f/m/d),** you will drive the development of retail strategies, establishing group standards, supporting local markets, and fostering innovation to ensure Douglas remains at the forefront of the beauty industry.
- **Develop Group Standards for Retail Operations**: Define and implement group-wide standards for critical retail processes, from selling ceremonies to anti-theft measures, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across all stores.
- **Standardize Omni-Channel Processes**: Establish group standards for in-store processes related to cross-channel services, ensuring a seamless customer journey across channels.
- **Drive Innovation Projects**: Continuously monitor retail market developments and initiate group-level innovation projects that enhance and modernize the retail experience.
- **Cluster Support and Collaboration**: Support and collaborate with local retail organizations in implementing group standards, actively involving cluster retail teams in developing best practices and facilitating knowledge exchange across regions.
- **Beauty Service Strategy**: Define and oversee the Beauty Service Strategy, including portfolio, guidelines, and pre-conditions, while supporting local implementation to provide a consistent beauty service experience.
- **Retail Training Development**: Collaborate with HR to create and deliver retail-specific training programs for beauty experts as part of the Douglas Beauty Academy, focusing on retail content, learning calendars, standards, requirements, and continuous monitoring of training needs and completions.
- **Performance Excellence and KPIs**: Define KPIs and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor in-store performance, ensuring measurement standards for operational excellence across all locations.

- Proven experience in project management, implementation tracking, and knowledge transfer
- Strong skills in leading with the ability to engage, inspire, and align teams
