**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Take on the role of Global Process Owner (GPO) for all physical and planning-related supply chain processes on a global scale, including inbound, OWAC, outbound, returns, and planning
- Develop and implement standardized process blueprints based on existing global process design work, ensuring harmonization across all central warehouses
- Continuously optimize end-to-end supply chain processes with the aim of increasing service levels, reducing costs, and minimizing capital tie-up
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify necessary process adaptations and coordinate with Douglas IT and global business experts to implement prioritized initiatives
- Support local logistics teams in projects aimed at process improvement - for example, during the consolidation of warehouse management systems
- Oversee the introduction of new supply chain technologies in close collaboration with Douglas IT - especially ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana), automation solutions, and potentially TMS and WMS systems
- Lead the Global Process Experts in the field of Supply Chain Management
- Work hand in hand with the SVP Supply Chain, international logistics units, central group functions (e.g., IT), and external logistics service providers

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Successfully completed master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in retail with a proven track record in operational supply chain roles (e.g., logistics, planning), as well as in process design and implementation
- Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
- Strong technological affinity and deep understanding of supply chain system landscapes, ideally with knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, advanced planning systems (e.g., Relex, BlueYonder), WMS, and TMS
- Excellent conceptual thinking, structured approach, and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and implementation skills in a complex and dynamic environment
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
