We are looking for enthusiastic **Event Retail Assistants**to join our team selling merchandise at major music concerts this Summer in Düsseldorf.

Dates : 18.06.25, 01.07.25, 08.07.25, 26.07.25, 05.09.2025 and 07.09.25

Shift 10 to 12 hours/ hourly rate €13

**Job Duties**:

- Clear and effective communication with customer.
- Selling official Merchandise at the music event.
- Take payments from customers for sale items through the payment system.
- Following procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions and requirements.
- Always engaging in appropriate behaviour, representing the business in a positive light.
- Other reasonable duties as requested by management to assist the operation.

**Skills**
- Team Player.
- Excellent timekeeping skills.
- Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but a **hardworking and positive, can-do attitude, is most important.**

**Essential**
- Speak German and or English.
- **Valid right to work**:
