**Duties**:

- Manage award budget and recommends award nominations.
- Inform higher level supervisors of anticipated vacancies, increases in workload or other circumstances requiring replacements or additional staffing
- Prepare formal evaluations of employee performance.
- Responsible for providing the full range of intelligence support to the Command and six subordinate brigades.
- Provide advice and counsel on short and long-range intelligence objectives and programs for all intelligence activities.
- Responsible for planning and supervising the work of an element or team for which the programs and objectives are clearly defined and the organizational structure fully established.
- Ensure proper protection and accountability of sensitive information and systems in accordance with established classification guidance and information security policies and regulations.
- Utilize operating automated Top Secret intelligence support systems located within the command?s Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)
- Provide mentorship on difficult or challenging products, answering technical questions about the work or guidance on additional potential sources.

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on an SBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- Position is designated Emergency-Essential (E-E) in support of mobilization and wartime mission. Employee will be required to remain in the overseas position in the event of hostilities or mobilization until relieved by proper authority.
- E-E employees are required to undergo nuclear-biological and chemical training and to participate in readiness tests, mobilization, alerts, and field training exercises.
- Employee must pass a medical examination and receive required immunizations for the overseas/deployed location. Prior to appointment to the position, employee will sign a statement agreeing to the E-E condition of employment.

- May be required to work shift work occasionally in response to crises.
- This position requires an Influenza Vaccination

Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
