**Duties**: - Serves as a Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) primary System Administrator (SA). - Serves as the Key Management Infrastructure Account Operating Manager (KOAM) assigned to the 102d Signal Battalion, Theater Communications Security Management Office (TCMO). - Reviews forms, logs, and reports for content accuracy and timeliness. - Establishes preventive/demand maintenance and troubleshooting methods. - Develops and prepares routine drawings and diagrams of systems and interconnecting circuitry. - Informs higher-level supervisory personnel of anticipated vacancies, increase of workload, and other circumstances that could require additional resources. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. - Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. - One year trial/probationary period may be required. - Applicants must comply with the Exceptional Family Member Program requirements as outlined in the DoD Instruction 1315.19. - This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter. - Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance. - Incumbent must submit to a polygraph. - Position is designated as a drug testing position. Incumbent will be required to pass screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and subsequent period drug screening thereafter. IAW Army Regulation 600-85, the Army Substance Abuse Program. - Incumbent must pass medical examination and receive immunizations as required for deployment as Emergency Essential. - This position is Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) with Nuclear duties that requires US Citizenship IAW AR 50-5. - See "Qualifications" section for additional requirements. **Qualifications**: - Position is designated as Emergency Essential Position. Incumbent must submit to nuclear-biological and chemical training; also participate in readiness test, mobilization alerts, and field training exercises. Incumbents will be required to remain in the overseas position in the event of hostilities or mobilization until relieved by proper authority. - Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain Personnel Reliability Program eligibility (PRP) IAW AR 50-5. PRP duties require incumbent to disclose Personnel Heath Information (PHI), financial data, and other personal information under the pricy act to the Certifying Official (CO) and Reviewing Official (RO) to maintain eligibility. - This position requires Information Assurance Certification. This position includes information assurance (IA) work as a paramount duty requirement, Per DoD guidance, Directives, Instruction 8140 and 8570.01-M, the incumbent of this position must achieve and maintain IA certification within six months of assignment of these duties. - Due to COVID-19, the agency is currently in an expanded telework posture. If selected, you may be expected to temporarily telework, even if your home is located outside the local commuting area. Once employees are permitted to return to the office, you will be expected to report to the duty station listed on this announcement within a designated time frame identified by the organization.
