**About Heraeus**

**Your tasks**:

- You will be responsible for quotation and order processing in SAP and ensure proper customer data maintenance and pricing.
- You will process incoming inquiries and orders in coordination with interfaces and handle delivery planning in SAP in coordination with scheduling, sales managers and customers.
- Tracking and monitoring of orders for timely delivery as well as reminders for unpaid invoices is also part of your job.
- Supporting the team with the independent support of customers in coordination with Sales Managers in Germany and abroad.
- Furthermore, you enter customer complaints in CRM and follow up on them, you create credit notes and clarify accounts.

**Your Qualification**:

- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or studies and several years of professional experience in customer service.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
- Interest in technical products
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (other foreign languages would be an advantage)
- Confident handling of SAP R/3 and MS-Office / MS-Dynamics
- Pleasure in dealing with customers as well as quick comprehension, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
