- Recognized financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or comparable)
- Strong financial modelling, excel, analysis & conceptual skills
- Independent, flexible, creative thinking & problem solving, leadership, team qualities, conscientiousness
- People & communication skills & patience, resilience dealing with difficult stakeholders, constructive conflict management
- 10+ Years of experience

**_That's what You effect:_**
- **On-going Management accounting & Business Partnering**
- Monthly reporting (PL BS C-Flow from Susa Datev Unterhenmen Online, later - Datev full version) Structure is set up, the whole thing takes 3-4 hours. Watch out or new accounts in Trial Balance
- Analysis & comments on Abnormalities in Revenue cost or BS or CF positions, Business Performance analysis
- C. Own Business Operational and Financial Model (BOFM) -Investment & Ops Steering & Decision focused)
- Develop and deliver Reforecasting workflow using BOFM or current reporting file - most sensible & practical suggestion on how exactly will win
- **Project Responsibilities**
- Support HGB -based Audit - scope tbc with Chief Accountant, who will lead the Audit
- Support ERP implementation - tbc. The need for ERP is recognized, scoping and selection process is in early stages. Likely areas for support around Process Mapping, TOM & gap analysis - to help configure the ERP in line with Business model
- In case of M&A: help with Due diligence & integration
- Ad-hoc Analysis with management recommendations, occasional other tasks in line with skills and reasonableness
