**About the Role**:We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will design, develop and facilitate effective learning initiatives for Associates.
This position will be located at our facility in Putzbrunn near Munich, Germany, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and conduct needs assessment
- Recommend, design and develop solutions, with implementation strategies
- Manage communication, marketing, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of instructor lead or virtual programs
- Measure results and present impact Facilitate instructor led programs in EMEA plant locations
- Manage vendor relationships
- Partner with regional and functional Talent Development Specialists to support talent development priorities
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Education or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with adult learning/training
- Strong demonstrated skills in: facilitation, internal learning consulting, needs assessment, stakeholder management, vendor management, project planning, implementing, and measuring results
- Ability to develop, implement and deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended learning experiences
- Demonstrated ability to translate learner needs into sound instructional content
- Demonstrated proficiency or strong desire to develop digital skillsets in: MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Articulate Rise, Captivate, Storyline, Mural, Menti
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated learning agility
- Highly effective working in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to travel up to 10%
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in organizational learning, education, adult learning, or relevant field
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing competencies
- Experience developing virtual reality content
