**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As a Social Media Intern at Yousician, you'll be at the forefront of our next big initiative—to captivate and grow our audience, through engaging organic content. You will:

- Produce creative video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and especially TikTok, where our organic presence has still room for growth.
- Collaborate closely with Social Media Lead to develop a fresh perspective and unique brand language that resonates with larger audiences.
- Developing and executing strategies to increase follower growth and engagement metrics, setting new standards for how we connect with our community.
- Test creative ideas targeting untapped audience segments and monitor monthly engagement metrics, setting new benchmarks for follower growth and post reach.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
You have a passion for music and storytelling, especially through video. You are either enrolled in or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or you have proven experience as a content-creator/ influencer. Your strengths include:

- A strong grasp of pop culture trends and the ability to translate these into engaging content.
- Comfortable on camera and confident in creating engaging video content.
- A flair for storytelling and a creative mindset that thrives in video content creation.
- A natural motivation to experiment with innovative social media strategies, aligning with Yousician's mission to reach a diverse audience.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting, allowing you to track and adapt based on engagement and growth.

**Valued Experience**:

- Experience with bands or live music adds unique insights into our audience's passions and preferences.
- Self-taught in music, using apps and online resources, which provides an invaluable perspective on Yousician's core and prospective users. If you play Guitar, thats an added bonus.

**ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM**:

- The internship program is Paid
- The program will last six months.
- You will dedicate 20 hours a week to Yousician. This is a part-time role.
- You will be working at our office which is located in Berlin.
- During your internship, you will have networking sessions and onboarding meetings.
