Das Unternehmen ist heute in mehreren tausend Supermärkten im deutschsprachigen Raum vertreten und arbeitet mit Leidenschaft daran, gesunde, nachhaltige und moderne Frühstücksalternativen zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Gesamtsteuerung von Finanzstrategie, Controlling und Buchhaltung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Teams, bestehend aus Bilanzbuchhaltung, Finance Management und Werkstudenten
  • Planung und Steuerung von Budget, Forecasting und Cashflow
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen
  • Weiterentwicklung effizienter Finanzprozesse, Reportingstrukturen und interner Controllingsysteme
  • Ausarbeitung und Präsentation von Finanzanalysen, KPI-Reports und Business Cases für Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management-Team bei zentralen strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen
  • Mitwirkung an zukünftigen Finanzierungsrunden, Investor-Relations-Aktivitäten und Wachstumsinitiativen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finance, Controlling oder Accounting – idealerweise in dynamischen Startups oder Scale-ups
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung (HGB), Controlling und Finanzplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Finanztools und ERP-Systemen (z. B. DATEV, Personio, Pleo) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Freude daran, Prozesse und Tools von Grund auf zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln – z. B. strukturierte Freigabeprozesse oder ein professionelles Forderungsmanagement
  • Analytisches Denken, hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Führungskompetenz, um ein Team zu inspirieren und zu begleiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
