Über den Job
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeptionierung, Durchführung und Evaluation von BGM-Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei Weiterentwicklung der BGM-Strategie
- Ermittlung und Pflege von Kennzahlen
- Kommunikation, Information und Dokumentation gesundheitsrelevanter Themen
- Recherchearbeiten, z.B. zu best practice Beispielen, Benchmarks und innovativen digitalen BGM-Lösungen
- Durchführung eines eigenverantwortlichen Projektes
- Eigenständige, regelmäßige Koordinierung und Organisation von Gesundheitsaktionen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen inkl. Verantwortung für die Datenqualität
- Start Juni 2025

Über Dich
- Studium der Gesundheitswissenschaften/ -management, Sport
- oder Rehabilitationswissenschaften, Arbeits-, Organisations
- oder Wirtschaftspsychologie oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitsmanagement/ Personalmanagement
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Excel und PowerPoint)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Kontaktfreudigkeit
