**»** Your tasks**:
- Streamline compensation-related processes and document improvements in Workday.
- Optimize supervisory and functional organization structures, and maintain the job catalog.
- Assist in implementing Workday Advanced Compensation features and support compensation projects.
- Establish and support the framework for our People Mobility program, including employee transfers.
- Collaborate with HR teams on ongoing projects, including documentation and process mapping.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); interest in HR technology and familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful HR projects.
