In this role you are responsible for building a Packaging Development Strategy + Roadmap to bring us to the forefront of sustainable innovation in the packaging area. Together with your team (currently 3 teamies), you increase innovation speed to market to set new industry standards. The position is available in full-time and located in Munich, Germany.

**your responsibilities**
- You lead the strategic development of our packaging portfolio with a D2C first approach
- You manage our packaging portfolio and facilitate all relevant packaging data
- You drive cross-functional collaboration and building a smart, automated packaging setup
- You ensure regulatory acceptance without compromising on innovation
- You own the packaging budget, including the entrepreneurial development of CM1 and CM2 cost blocks.
- You are responsible for the development of your teamies

**about you**
- You hold a degree in Packaging/Strategy Design or in a related field with a strong focus on packaging/strategy. In addition to that you have 7+ years of professional experience with in-market products and at least 3+ years of leadership experience.
- You have a good understanding of the food/food tech industry, ideally with an understanding of physical products
- You are a digital native with a proven track record of digitalizing and automizing packaging processes
- You know how to gather and using data and consumer insights to back up hypothesis and decisions in packaging
- It's easily for you to become a great communicator to your main stakeholders.
