**Aircraft Performance Expert (M/F/d)**:
We are currently looking for an Aircraft Performance Expert (M/F/d) to join our Preliminary Design team.

Lead and oversee the development of our advanced route analysis tool
Act as the Product Owner (PO), ensuring the tool meets industry standards and customer needs
Serve as the technical expert on aircraft in-flight performance, providing guidance and insights to the team
Utilize expertise with at least one OEM tool (e.g., WinPep, BPS) to enhance our product offerings
Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating technical capabilities and benefits of our solutions
Directly interact with customers to provide training and instruction on the usage of our tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and improve product functionality

**Key Qualifications**:
Mandatory
Proven expertise in aircraft in-flight performance
Proficiency in at least one OEM tool such as WinPep or BPS
Experience in driving and controlling product development
Strong technical background and the ability to act as a technical expert
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively.

Desired
Experience in a Product Owner (PO) role is a plus
Ability to support pre-sales activities and demonstrate product value
Self motivated
Willing to learn and to professionally develop
Pro-active acting and taking responsibilities
