We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Event Marketing Senior Associate to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful events across the DACH region and selected global campaigns — from industry conferences and trade shows to proprietary events like the EcoVadis World Tour.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Content & Solution Marketing, and Alliances teams to ensure each event drives brand awareness, quality leads, and meaningful connections with our target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

Strategy & Planning
- Support the end-to-end event marketing strategy for regional and global B2B events
- Align event goals with broader demand generation and brand objectives
- Set SMART KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on analytics

Execution & Project Management
- Manage logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and timelines
- Ensure a consistent, premium brand presence across all touchpoints
- Coordinate speakers, booth staff, lead capture tools, giveaways, and presentations

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Work with Sales and SDAs to define lead qualification criteria (MQL/AMQL)
- Launch pre-, during-, and post-event communication campaigns (in HubSpot or Salesforce/Marketing Cloud)
- Drive fast and frictionless lead handovers and follow-ups

Optimization & Reporting
- Continuously improve processes and playbooks for higher ROI per event
- Own dashboards to monitor performance and conversion rates
- Introduce innovation (gamification, interactive demos, booth tech) to boost engagement

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with our global and local marketing teams
- Liaise with external agencies, venues, and partners when needed
- Champion best practices across markets

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in SaaS or professional services
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- ** Fluent in German and English**, written and spoken
- Experience with lead-gen events (e.g., SAP forums, procurement expos, sustainability summits) is a big plus
- A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for sustainability

**Additional Information**
- Office location: Neue Schönhauser Straße, Berlin
- This is a hybrid role and occasional in-office attendance is required
