**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche Führung des Hotel Steering Teams
- Weiterentwicklung der Hotel Steering Prozesse und Methodiken, ausgerichtet an der Unternehmensstrategie der DER Touristik Group
- Saisonale Abstimmung des Hotel Steering Portfolios und Festlegung der Top Down-Ziele mit Hoteleinkauf und Produktmanagement
- Eigenständige Erstellung von objektindividuellen Abverkaufsplänen
- Konzeption, Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings zur Analyse der Hotelperformance sowie selbstständige Entwicklung relevanter KPI's
- Selbstständige Erfolgskontrolle der eingeleiteten Steuerungsmaßnahmen
- Priorisierung von Hotels für Vermarktungsaktivitäten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit DER Touristik Hotels & Resorts und den Destinationsverantwortlichen in eigener Verantwortung
- Betreuung und Begleitung von Projekten im Bereich Hotel Steering

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit touristischer Vertiefung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken
- Konsequente Ziel
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Hohes Maß an Leistungsmotivation und einer strukturierten sowie lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
