**Your responsibilities**
- Team leader for a German team of approx. 15 highly qualified Procurement Managers/employees
- Set targets for all team members and focus on their development
- Overall end-to-end sourcing responsibility across different categories, for specific tender strategies, supplier invitation & selection, negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts
- Drive own tenders and support team members in tenders
- Deliver efficient and effective procurement operations while ensuring compliance
- Close collaboration with business to jointly optimize the scope and approach of sourcing to ensure best commercial outcomes
- Systems & tools accountability for all sourcing activities
- Actively manage Uniper suppliers ensuring competitive contracts and reliable supplies

**Your profile**
- Proven track record of managing larger procurement projects and/or tenders
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience in using SAP Ariba and relevant platforms (i.e. eVergabe)
- Ability to convincingly manage a wide range of stakeholders, their conflicting requirements & cross-functional overlaps
- Good analytical mind-set and willingness to drive performance
- Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
- Work experience in international teams, appreciation of cultural differences and willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English and German required
