**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Builds effective networks with international leadership and key stakeholders. Develops, builds and coaches direct reports.
- Develops and implements comprehensive procurement commodity strategies to maximize value for international markets.
- Drives the continuous development of a competitive supplier base by research and evaluation of current suppliers and identifying new opportunities.
- Co-develops and implements the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategy in order to establish and maintain collaborative, sustainable relationships with the top strategic suppliers.
- Negotiates commercial terms and conditions with contractual and non-contractual partners (e.g. Quick RFP, one-time buys) and ensures compliant contracting.
- Establishes efficient operational sourcing processes and ensures continuous improvement via standardization, digitalization & automation. Leads sourcing projects.
- Ensures effective procurement performance tracking, reporting, data quality and transparency.
- Monitors compliance with legal (local) requirements and derives measures in case of deviance. Creates awareness on market risks and opportunities

**YOUR SKILLS**
- University degree or similar in a relevant field
- Founded work experience in a international procurement role and first experience in a leadership position
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement in the international retail industry
- Relevant experience with store outfitting, store construction, energy and utilities, facility management & services for retail stores, maintenance & repair of retail stores
- Direct or indirect experience with capex buying of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for stores is a plus
- Experience in driving change and developing organizations and with working in cross-functional teams within an international structure
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who is comfortable taking initiative to drive projects forward and identify opportunities for improvement
- Approachable and personable team player with strong interpersonal skills, making it easy for colleagues to connect, collaborate, and communicate effectively. Additionally, exudes energy, enthusiasm, and an outgoing personality that contributes to a positive and vibrant work environment
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- This Role includes traveling across Europe approx. 5-10%
