- Du kommunizierst auf unterschiedlichen Kanälen mit unseren Gästen - individuell, lösungsorientiert und immer mit einem Lächeln.
- Unterstütze beim Check-in, bearbeite knifflige Umbuchungen und habe die aktuellen Gepäckregeln im Blick.
- Begeistere unsere Kund:innen von unseren Produkten und erfülle spezielle Wünsche - vom Fensterplatz bis zur sicheren Mitnahme des pelzigen Reisebegleiters.
- Bearbeite Upgradeanfragen und organisiere Awardflüge mit Fingerspitzengefühl.

Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung in der Airline-Branche, Hotellerie oder im Umgang mit Buchungssystemen mit - das macht Deinen Einstieg leichter und bringt Dich schnell auf Flughöhe.
Auch mit Erfahrungen aus anderen serviceorientierten Branchen bist Du bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Das bringst Du darüber hinaus mit:

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise auch im Premiumsegment.
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- (C1) als auch Englischkenntnisse (B2) sowie sicheres Führen von Telefongesprächen.
- Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Vertraulichkeit.
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Computersystemen und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
- Flexibilität für Schichtdienste (Mo-So, 6-21 Uhr) - mit aktiver Mitgestaltung Deines Schichtplans (60 % Präferenz-Erfüllung).

Nice to know: Nach Deiner Einarbeitung kannst Du in attraktive Teilzeitmodelle wechseln und bis zu 3 Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice arbeiten.
