**Job summary**:
The Strategic Design team at LIH is looking for an Intern Strategic Designer (f/m/d) who will support the discovery and validation of venture opportunities in the field of Travel & Mobility Tech.

Through deep research, the Strategic Design team helps uncover behaviours, needs and aspirations of both users and customers.

You will report to the responsible Director of Venture Development.

**Responsibilities**:
Learn about the methodologies for discover and validate ventures ensuring that product development and delivery are consistent with strategic and consumer insights.
Learn how to support the analysis and synthesis of research to bring actionable insights into the teams.
Learn how to balance customer pains and needs with the business goals and the technical feasibility.
Use business requirements, user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
Be an advocate for the importance of strategic design and help drive strategic design’s impact further.

**Profile**:
Currently pursuing a masters degree or higher in research, design, human-computer interaction or other relevant fields.
Solid understanding of Strategic Design, Design Thinking methodologies, Business Design, Futures Thinking and Service Design.
Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.
Interest in assisting the facilitation of internal and external stakeholder workshops and meetings.
Understanding of Agile working environments.
Awareness of industry trends and developments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
