If so, we are looking for you to join our internal and international communications team**Your responsibilities**: - Strategic further development of internal communication and Welthungerhilfe's intranet (O365 / MS Teams and other formats) - Regular staff training on internal communication topics - Strategic development of international communication in close consultation with our country offices in the Global South - Advising and supporting our country offices in developing and establishing their own communication channels and online communication - Developing training concepts in the field of communication for our country offices, also with a view to providing stories from the projects for marketing and communication work - Representing Welthungerhilfe in the Alliance2015 and in other alliances as required - Collaboration in our novel newsroom**Your profile**: - A university or college degree or adequate professional training relevant to the position - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally experience in development cooperation and/or humanitarian aid organizations - High affinity for digital and social media - Willingness and ability to work in an intercultural and multinational environment - Strong communication skills, including a confident writing style in the languages relevant to the role - Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills; knowledge of French is a great advantage **Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
