Project & Portfolio Management Leader (F/m/d)

This position will be located at our facilities in Putzbrunn or Feldkirchen, Germany or Livingston, United Kingdom with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets and business case for resource requirements
- Oversee the Supply Chain project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic Supply Chain objectives and shared Operating Company goals. Conduct regular portfolio assessments and prioritize initiatives based on business value
- Collaborate with Operating Company and Supply Chain leadership team to align projects and portfolios with the organization’s strategic goals and provide recommendations for optimizing Supply Chain portfolio
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering)
- 10+ years proven experience as Project and Portfolio Manager
- Positive track record in formal people leadership - ideally with a globally dispersed team
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio management principles
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Professional certificate preferred like PMP, CSM, Prince2 etc.
